Yes, the dictionary. It’s boring, and you or your staff thinks that you know it all :). The truth is, sending out material from your office that has misspellings can hurt your image and reputation. The dictionary section in the toolbar has seven different resources to help you stay abreast with acronyms and abbreviations, medical abbreviations and medical tests.

Also included are a few links for translation. If you don’t have access to a multilingual employee, friend or business associate these resources are great in a pinch.

The phone rings, patients are coming in and out of your office, patients are being checked in and discharged, the phone rings again, it’s time to discharge and make the next appointment, oh yeah, the phone rings again :) Lets face it your receptionist is busy, busy, busy and that I sure is only the tip of the iceburg.

Your staff really doesn’t have the time to mess around on the internet looking for directions or addresses. The ChiroToolbar is the answer. For a complete list of front desk receptionist resources check out the chiropractic toolbar.
