Looking up ICD-9 and CPT codes has never been easier. These resources are accurate and fast. No longer will you have to search high and low for your resource books to find or double check a code. The chiropractic toolbar is jam packed with links and resources, be sure to check out the insurance directory which contains links for fraud issues, HIPAA, medicare, workman’s compensation and a lot more.

HELLO
I am looking for a CPT code for orthotics, posture pumps (DMS), TENS units and the pads. I have been having no luck. Any ideas?
You should be able to find everything you want at http://www.findacode.com
Hint: under the HCPCS section click show
try the following:
electrodes per pair - A4556
tens 2 lead - E0720
tens 4 lead - E0730
For orthotics typically
97760 Orthotic(s) management and training (including assessment and fitting when not otherwise reported), upper extremity(s), lower extremity(s) and/or trunk, each 15 minutes
97761 Prosthetic training, upper and/or lower extremity(s), each 15 minutes
97762 Checkout for orthotic/prosthetic use, established patient, each 15 minutes
Look this up at https://catalog.ama-assn.org/Catalog/cpt/cpt_search.jsp?checkXwho=done
As far as posture pumps… not sure. I emailed the manufacturer to see if the device has been approved for HCPCS inclusion and or their recommended code…will post result here
