You should be able to find everything you want at http://www.findacode.com

Hint: under the HCPCS section click show

    try the following:
    electrodes per pair - A4556
    tens 2 lead - E0720
    tens 4 lead - E0730

    For orthotics typically

97760 Orthotic(s) management and training (including assessment and fitting when not otherwise reported), upper extremity(s), lower extremity(s) and/or trunk, each 15 minutes

97761 Prosthetic training, upper and/or lower extremity(s), each 15 minutes

97762 Checkout for orthotic/prosthetic use, established patient, each 15 minutes

    Look this up at https://catalog.ama-assn.org/Catalog/cpt/cpt_search.jsp?checkXwho=done

As far as posture pumps… not sure. I emailed the manufacturer to see if the device has been approved for HCPCS inclusion and or their recommended code…will post result here
